Hamburger Pie
ReplyDelete2lbs hamburger browned
1 can cut green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans tomato soup
Enough mashed potatoes to cover top I use 2pkgs Betty Crocker butter mashed potatoes
Preheat oven to 350
Mix hamburger, green beans, corn, tomato soup, in a casserole dish
Cover with mashed potatoes
Can put cheese on top
Heat in oven for about 30 or until hot
Can also be heated in microwave
This is one of the kids favorites
Pizza Lasagna
ReplyDelete1 box lasagna noodles (Barilla is best!)
2 jars pizza sauce (Contadina or Barilla)
1 small can petite diced tomatoes
1 package of Pepperoni (Hormel or your choice)
6 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Need large glass casserole pan. Cook noodles to package directions. Mix pizza sauce and tomatoes together in a bowl. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan. Add one layer of lasagna noodles. Top noodles with pizza sauce mixture. Add pepperoni and cheese. Repeat until pan is full. Add extra cheese on top. Bake in oven for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
Optional: You can add optional pizza toppings as desired. Such as green pepper, onion, sausage, ham, bacon, mushrooms, etc.
Pink Stuff
ReplyDelete1 small container of Cool Whip
1 box strawberry or cherry Jello
1 small container of small curd cottage cheese
1 can pineapple chunks
Mix ingredients together in large storage container. Chill for about 2 hours or overnight. Great for dessert or snack. Can also use as a dip for fruit. Another option is to use a can of mandarin oranges and omit the cottage cheese.
